In 2015, Toby earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky.  After completing his master’s degree, Toby founded Jenkins Couples and Family Therapy, a private practice serving the Lexington, Kentucky community and surrounding areas.  Toby continues to be involved with the University of Kentucky by serving as an adjunct professor.

In 2017, Toby completed the Executive Coaching Certificate from Case Western Reserve, a world leader in executive education and developing executive coaches for Fortune 500 Companies.
